On this project we replaced the old 3 tab shingles with architectural shingles. Architectural Shingles are a bit more expensive then 3 tabs so the cost of doing the project goes up a bit. However they provide a better look once done and they hide any mistakes made during there installation, unlike 3 tabs. If this is the installers first time dealing with this type of job and makes mistakes those mistakes will be plainly visible with 3 tabs unlike architectural which actually hide any mistakes made.
